At the Port Hardy tournament, one of our trusty defenders, Shirlee Carver, took a bad fall while fighting for the puck at the center circle. She was rushed to the hospital where they confirmed a broken wrist. On Sunday, Shirlee had surgery. Best wishes from the team for a speedy recovery and we hope to see you back on the ice soon.
