So we had three practices so far and they were all well attended with many returning players and quite a few new faces. It is nice to come to practice expecting a great work out and having nothing but that. Thanks to Gary Kremsater who is returning for the second year as the Head Coach of the Courtenay Whalers! Practices involve some skating, some puck handling, same technical and tactical drills and the favorite scrimmage at the end.
